Novae World 2027 Registration Terms & Conditions

By registering for Novae World 2027, including the Novae National Convention, Koru Awards Gala, and/or the 12th Annual All White Yacht Party, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

All registration fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and must be paid in full before admission to any Novae World event.

Registration pricing is based on the published registration period. Once a registration period expires, pricing will automatically increase to the next available rate. Registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Registration confirmations are sent electronically to the email address provided during registration. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure that all contact information is accurate.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All registrations are non-refundable.

If an attendee is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee upon written approval by Novae no later than the published transfer deadline. Transfer requests submitted after the deadline may not be accepted.

Failure to attend the event does not constitute grounds for a refund, event credit, or transfer to a future event.

Event Changes

Novae reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, venues, session times, entertainment, activities, and other event details without prior notice.

Should unforeseen circumstances require postponement, relocation, or cancellation of the event, Novae's liability shall be limited to the registration fees paid, subject to applicable law.

Badge & Admission Policy

All attendees must complete event check-in and wear their official Novae World event badge while participating in conference activities.

Badges are non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual.

Novae reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for violations of event policies or conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful. Removal from the event will not result in a refund.

Late Registration Policy

Any registration completed within five (5) days of Novae World does not guarantee the availability of printed event materials, registration packets, badges, or other on-site printed items.

Any registration completed within seven (7) days of the event does not guarantee inclusion in printed recognition materials or the availability of awards prepared for the event.

For attendees who register late, applicable digital or print recognition will be emailed within 72 hours following the event.

Awards & Recognition

Awards designated for recipients who are not present at the event will not be automatically shipped.

Recipients will be contacted by Novae following the event with instructions for arranging shipment.

Recipients must contact the Novae office within fourteen (14) days of notification to arrange shipping. All shipping and handling costs will be paid by the recipient.

If no contact is made within the required timeframe, the award and any related materials may be discarded without further notice.

Koru Awards Gala

Admission to the Koru Awards Gala is included only with registration packages that specifically state Koru Awards access.

Guest tickets for the Koru Awards Gala may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

All attendees must present a valid event badge or Koru Awards ticket for entry.

12th Annual All White Yacht Party

Registration for the 12th Annual All White Yacht Party is separate from standard Novae World registration unless specifically included as part of the attendee's selected registration package.

Yacht Party registration is subject to vessel capacity and may sell out prior to the published registration deadline.

No registrations will be accepted once capacity has been reached or registration has officially closed.

Attendees must arrive by the published boarding time. Failure to arrive prior to boarding, failure to present proper identification, or failure to comply with vessel policies will result in forfeiture of admission without refund.

Photography & Media Release

By attending Novae World 2027, attendees grant Novae and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture their likeness, voice, image, and participation during the event.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or further approval.

Assumption of Risk

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in conference sessions, networking events, transportation, the Koru Awards Gala, and the 12th Annual All White Yacht Party.

Novae shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, travel interruptions, missed transportation, or other incidents occurring during participation except where required by applicable law.

Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that all registration fees are governed by these Terms & Conditions and Novae's published cancellation and refund policies.

You further acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid registration after receiving event access, event materials, digital content, attendee benefits, or participating in any portion of Novae World 2027 may constitute fraudulent activity.

Novae reserves the right to dispute any chargeback or payment claim by submitting supporting documentation including, but not limited to:

Registration records
Payment confirmations and receipts
Electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
Event check-in records
Badge scans
Attendance records
Event photographs and video recordings
Digital access logs
Email and text communications
Signed agreements or electronic acknowledgments
Any other documentation demonstrating participation or receipt of event benefits

Any fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargeback may result in:

Immediate cancellation of registration and all associated tickets
Revocation of access to current and future Novae events
Suspension or termination of affiliate privileges, where applicable
Loss of eligibility for awards, recognition, incentives, or event benefits
Responsibility for chargeback fees, administrative expenses, collection costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and other recovery costs, where permitted by applicable law

Prior to initiating any payment dispute, the registrant agrees to contact Novae directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

By submitting payment, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder or have authorization from the cardholder to use the payment method provided.

Code of Conduct

Novae is committed to providing a professional, respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, physical altercations, disruptive conduct, excessive intoxication, unauthorized solicitation, or unlawful activity will not be tolerated.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may impact eligibility to attend future Novae events.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You further certify that:

All registration information provided is accurate.
You are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method provided.
You understand that all registrations are subject to the published cancellation and refund policies.
You acknowledge that fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in legal and administrative action as outlined above.
You agree to abide by all event policies, procedures, and venue requirements.
