12th Annual All-White Yacht Party — Terms & Conditions

By registering for the 12th Annual All-White Yacht Party, hosted by Novae aboard the Anita Dee II in Chicago, Illinois, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

All registration fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and must be paid in full at the time of registration. There are no deposit or partial payment options available.

Registration pricing is based on the published registration period. Once a registration period expires, pricing will automatically increase to the next available rate. Registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

Registration confirmations are sent electronically to the email address provided during registration. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure that all contact information is accurate. You will not receive a physical ticket — your confirmation email serves as proof of registration.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Due to the nature of events, all sales and deposits are final and no refund will be issued.

If an attendee is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee, or to a future Novae University event, upon written approval by Novae no later than the published transfer deadline. Transfer requests submitted after the deadline may not be accepted. This must be communicated directly to our support staff by contacting us at (678) 750-3787 or [email protected].

Failure to attend the event does not constitute grounds for a refund or event credit.

Admission & Boarding

This ticket provides admission strictly to the 12th Annual All-White Yacht Party aboard the Anita Dee II. It does not include or grant access to the Novae World Convention or the Koru Awards Gala.

Attendees must arrive by the published boarding time. Boarding begins at 7:00 PM and the vessel departs promptly at 7:30 PM. Failure to arrive prior to boarding, failure to present valid government-issued photo identification, or failure to comply with vessel policies will result in forfeiture of admission without refund.

Novae reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for violations of event policies or conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful. Removal from the event will not result in a refund.

Capacity

Registration is subject to vessel capacity and may sell out prior to the published registration deadline. No registrations will be accepted once capacity has been reached or registration has officially closed.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid ID, in accordance with the vessel's policies and applicable law.

Event Changes & Weather

Novae reserves the right to modify the event schedule, entertainment, activities, cruise route, and other event details without prior notice. The cruise proceeds rain or shine; the route and itinerary may be adjusted at the captain's discretion based on weather or water conditions.

Should unforeseen circumstances require postponement, relocation, or cancellation of the event, Novae's liability shall be limited to the registration fees paid, subject to applicable law.

Photography & Media Release

By attending the 12th Annual All-White Yacht Party, attendees grant Novae and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture their likeness, voice, image, and participation during the event.

These materials may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, archival, or commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or further approval.

Assumption of Risk

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including boarding, travel, and the cruise aboard the Anita Dee II.

Novae and the vessel operator shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, travel interruptions, missed transportation, or other incidents occurring during participation except where required by applicable law.

Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Fraud Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that all registration fees are governed by these Terms & Conditions and Novae's published cancellation and refund policies.

You further acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid registration after receiving event access, event materials, digital content, attendee benefits, or participating in any portion of the event may constitute fraudulent activity.

Novae reserves the right to dispute any chargeback or payment claim by submitting supporting documentation including, but not limited to: registration records; payment confirmations and receipts; electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions; event check-in records; attendance records; event photographs and video recordings; digital access logs; email and text communications; signed agreements or electronic acknowledgments; and any other documentation demonstrating participation or receipt of event benefits.

Any fraudulent, false, or unauthorized chargeback may result in: immediate cancellation of registration and all associated tickets; revocation of access to current and future Novae events; suspension or termination of affiliate privileges, where applicable; loss of eligibility for awards, recognition, incentives, or event benefits; and responsibility for chargeback fees, administrative expenses, collection costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and other recovery costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Prior to initiating any payment dispute, the registrant agrees to contact Novae directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter. By submitting payment, you certify that you are the authorized cardholder or have authorization from the cardholder to use the payment method provided.

Code of Conduct

Novae is committed to providing a professional, respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, physical altercations, disruptive conduct, excessive intoxication, unauthorized solicitation, or unlawful activity will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may impact eligibility to attend future Novae events.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You further certify that: all registration information provided is accurate; you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method provided; you understand that all registrations are subject to the published cancellation and refund policies; you acknowledge that fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in legal and administrative action as outlined above; and you agree to abide by all event policies, procedures, and venue requirements. You understand that this acknowledgement constitutes an electronic agreement.
